3-Part Weekend Immersion

May 30th - June 1st

To the one holding space for everybody else,

You know how to show up. To track a room, hold a body, soften your tone. You know how to stay grounded when other people fall apart.

And maybe—you've done it for so long that you can't always tell when you're overriding your own body to keep going.

You crave rest, but it's hard to stop.

You want rhythm, but your nervous system is still wired for survival.

You long to feel real—but so much of the healing world feels like performance.

Who's This For?

If you are a helper—someone using your position of influence to build something new—this is for you.

This immersion is for the ones who know how to hold space—but are ready to stop holding it at the expense of themselves.

Not to learn a new method. Not to master regulation.

But to root into something older, wilder, and more true.

What We're Doing

This isn't another nervous system workshop.

We're not here to perform regulation.

We're here to unravel empire in the body.

What You'll Walk Away With

  • Tools to stop overriding yourself in order to care for others

  • Language and practices that don't center performance

  • A nervous system that feels more like an ecosystem than a machine

  • A deeper understanding of how colonization shaped your instincts

  • Practices you can actually use—in your body, in your work, in real time

Signing up for class isn’t just a transaction—it’s a seed.

Your class fees directly support grassroots, hyper-local projects—building real safety nets, not just for today, but for the future.

Inspired by ancestral systems of shared labor and mutual care, this model doesn’t just sustain my work.

It fuels something bigger: a living, breathing, circular economy.

We’re weaving a web of resilience that empire can’t replicate.

Sliding Scale Guidelines

This is part of the work of rewilding. Sliding scales often still carry hidden assumptions rooted in charity, guilt, or scarcity. Decolonizing that framework means rooting in mutual care, trust, and ecosystem thinking, not pity or hierarchy.
